Notice on Cancellation of Scheduled Token Vesting and Upcoming Burn

Please be informed that the scheduled vesting of 1,500,000 FNCY from the team allocation, originally planned for September 2025, will not take place.

In line with the termination of the mainnet operations and the migration to the BEP20 chain, the entire team allocation of 15,000,000 FNCY (Team Wallet: 0x6872a06b200f89d303fa8bc3bcf541728505fe2c) will be permanently burned on the BNB Smart Chain in November 2025.

The exact burn schedule will be announced separately in October 2025, and the burn will be executed within November 2025.

This measure is part of the restructuring process associated with the chain migration. All burn transaction records will be disclosed in a fully transparent manner.
